Investor relations is no longer a position you need to higher someone for, just add about 20-30 minutes to an existing employee’s day.
Pros:
I like the layout, the color scheme, ease of use/access for investors to check in on assets, ability to update information quickly.
Cons:
We do value add properties so the ability for investors to see progress photos for each property would be good. I can only use 1 photo as the main photo for the investor to see while I take around 30 progress photos a week.
