Overall, BrowserStack has been a reliable and efficient platform for QA automation and manual testing. It saves a lot of setup effort and ensures wider test coverage. Despite minor delays at times, it has improved my testing workflow and helped deliver better quality releases.
Pros:
BrowserStack makes cross-browser and cross-device testing seamless. I like that it provides access to a wide range of real devices and browsers without needing to maintain a local device lab. The UI is intuitive, test runs are smooth, and integration with CI/CD pipelines is very easy.
Cons:
Sometimes the performance can be a little slow when loading certain devices. Also, the cost can be on the higher side for smaller teams, and occasionally some devices take time to connect.
