Generally a good experience, useful but could improve in some areas, specially with support and also basic tools.
Pros
I do like how customisable Acuity is and I also like how it integrates with Google Calendar and outlook which keeps everything organised. It is relatively easy to use and it does have mobile friendly booking pages which makes it easier to book appointments on your phone.
Cons
There’s no option for a free plan although you do get a 7 day free trial. After that you do need to subscribe. Also, there’s no phone support if you do experience any issues. There is only an email you can contact and support guides.
